Cancellation and Refunds

 

This page summarises how cancellation and refunds work for the legacy memberships managed on morecryptoonline.com. The full rules are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.

 

How to cancel

 

Log in, open My Subscriptions and cancel your plan, or email support@mcoglobal.com from the email address of your membership.

 

When a cancellation takes effect

 

At the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your member pages and the member community until then, and no further payments are taken after that date.

 

Refunds

 

Renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not refund the unused part of a billing period. If a payment was taken in error, or a technical fault prevented your access, contact us and we will look into it; in these cases we may refund at our discretion. Refunds for payments made through PayPal are issued through PayPal.

 

Your statutory rights

 

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days, subject to the exceptions for digital content. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
