Terms of Service

 

These Terms govern your use of morecryptoonline.com and the legacy memberships managed on it, operated by MCO Global Ltd. Please read them carefully. By using the Site or continuing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

 

Risk notice. Nothing on this Site is investment advice. All content is for educational and research purposes only. Markets carry risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

 

1. Definitions

 

"MCO," "we," "us," or "our" means MCO Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13761978, with its registered office at International House, 12 Constance Street, London E16 2DQ, United Kingdom. "Site" means the website at morecryptoonline.com. "Service" means the Site together with its member pages, the legacy memberships managed on it and the member community access that comes with them. "You" means the user of the Service.

 

More Crypto Online is a research brand of MCO Global Ltd. Other websites that we operate, such as mcoglobal.com, mcointelligence.com and mconews.com, are not part of the Site and have their own terms and notices.

 

2. Nature of the Service

 

The Service provides independent macro and digital-asset research, analysis, educational content, and related materials. The Service is information-only and educational in nature. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any security, derivative, digital asset, or other financial instrument, financial planning advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated financial service. The Service does not take into account your personal financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

 

Any examples, scenarios, model portfolios, trade ideas, levels, Elliott Wave counts, or market commentary published on the Service are illustrative and educational only. They are not personal recommendations and should not be treated as a basis for any investment decision.

 

3. Not a regulated financial service

 

MCO Global Ltd does not conduct regulated investment activities and is therefore not authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. We are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or asset manager with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, or any equivalent regulator in any other jurisdiction.

 

For users in the United States: MCO Global Ltd is not registered as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and does not provide personalised investment advice to U.S. persons. Access to educational and research content is available on an "as-is" basis; users in any jurisdiction where this content cannot lawfully be offered are themselves responsible for their access.

 

For users in the United Kingdom: our content is educational and does not constitute a personal recommendation as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or applicable FCA rules. We do not deal, arrange, or manage investments.

 

For users in the European Union: our content does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II and is not provided in the course of any regulated investment service.

 

For users in Australia: nothing on the Service constitutes financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Service is not provided under any Australian Financial Services Licence.

 

4. Eligibility

 

Memberships are available only to adults. By holding a membership, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract.

 

5. Geographic restrictions

 

The Service is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful or where MCO is prohibited from offering it. This includes jurisdictions and territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered by the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). In addition, we do not offer memberships to persons located in Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

 

By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in any such jurisdiction and that you are not on any applicable sanctions list.

 

6. Legacy memberships

 

Memberships on the Site, such as Bronze, Silver, Gold and the Video Trading Course, are legacy plans. They are no longer offered to new customers. Existing subscriptions continue under these Terms until they are cancelled or end.

 

Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price that applies to your subscription, unless cancelled in accordance with section 8. Your plan, billing history and payment method are managed in your member account under My Subscriptions.

 

Membership content is provided on the member pages of the Site and through our member community on Discord. Discord and, for existing members of our legacy Telegram rooms, Telegram are independent third-party services with their own terms; a free account is sufficient. We are not responsible for their availability.

 

The content and features included in a legacy membership may change over time as our services develop. Where a change materially reduces what your membership includes, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel.

 

7. Pricing, billing, and renewal

 

Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed through our platform provider by Bankful or PayPal. Your card issuer or payment provider may charge a foreign-currency conversion fee for which we are not responsible. Where VAT or a comparable sales tax applies to your payment, it is included in the total shown to you.

 

We may change membership pricing for future billing periods on at least 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

 

8. Cancellation and refunds

 

You may cancel your membership at any time in your member account under My Subscriptions, or by emailing support@mcoglobal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you retain access to membership content until that date.

 

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing to a distance contract, subject to applicable exceptions (including the exception for digital content where supply has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the cancellation right).

 

Renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the rest of the current billing period, beyond your statutory rights. We may, at our discretion, offer goodwill refunds in cases of technical failure or billing error. Refunds for payments made through PayPal are issued through PayPal. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

 

9. User obligations

 

You agree:

 

• not to share, redistribute, resell, or publish any membership content outside your personal use;

• not to share your member login with anyone else;

• not to scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Service;

• not to use the Service to provide investment advice to others, hold yourself out as authorised by MCO, or otherwise misrepresent the Service;

• not to attempt to access non-public areas of the Service, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code;

• to provide accurate account information and to keep your account credentials secure.

 

10. Intellectual property

 

All content on the Service, including written analysis, charts, graphics, frameworks, tools, videos, branding, and code, is owned by or licensed to MCO Global Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use as a member or visitor. No other rights are granted.

 

More Crypto Online, the MCO Framework, the MCO Global wordmark and logo, and related branding are trademarks of MCO Global Ltd.

 

11. Advertising, sponsorships, and affiliate links

 

Some of our content, including videos, posts, and emails, contains sponsored segments or affiliate links. When you use an affiliate link, we may receive a commission from the provider at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is identified as such. Sponsors and affiliate partners have no influence on our analysis, and a sponsorship or affiliate link is not a recommendation to use a particular provider or product.

 

12. Limitation of liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCO Global Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

 

Our aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid for your membership in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

 

13. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCO Global Ltd and its representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, or (b) your violation of any law or third-party right.

 

14. Third-party content and links

 

The Service may link to or incorporate content from third parties (data providers, chart platforms, video, community and payment platforms, news outlets). We are not responsible for third-party content. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

 

15. Suspension and termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access membership content ceases. Where you have paid for a period that has not yet elapsed, we will refund the unused portion unless termination is due to your material breach.

 

16. Changes to these Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to members by email and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

 

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute. This clause does not limit the rights of consumers to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

 

18. Consumer rights

 

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including without limitation the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and equivalent consumer protection legislation in your country of habitual residence. Where a clause in these Terms conflicts with such mandatory consumer rights, the consumer rights prevail.

 

19. General

 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms (together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and MCO Global Ltd regarding the Service.
